The Rincon Group is an independent commercial real estate banking firm that arranges financing of up to $40 million. Based in San Francisco, we specialize in multifamily and commercial properties in the western United States. Our lending relationships include commercial and investment banks, credit unions, life insurance companies, and private lenders.
